District 10, one of Singapores most prominent European-styled restaurants with three locations in Singapore. Their concept exudes an uninhibited, casual and fun dining energy with its brand of authentic classic European cuisine, beers, and a small menu of local flavors to serve the growing middle class of professionals, managers, executives and business specialists.

When District 10 came to Growth Stories to get help with increasing foot traffic from surrounding office and residential buildings. They also wanted to grow their e-maillist to have a first-point of contact with potential customers. Before working with Growth Stories, District 10 had put most of their marketing resources and budget on traditional offline marketing platforms without really being able to track the result from these efforts.

Challenge

A customer-first focus would help establish District 10’s position among the restaurant dense country Singapore, by providing greater control over media messaging and digital ad spend.

To drive this vision forward, District 10 needed to transform their digital engagement into actionable results by using marketing-led insights focused on scalability to reach a wider audience and drive foot-traffic to their different outlets.

Solution

Growth Stories knew it was imperative to reach nearby customers with various lunch and dinner options by providing an experience that resonate in the most urgent and even “hangry” moments. Our strategy aimed to grow District 10's top-line revenue by identifying and engaging nearby customers with the right message at the right time. We developed customer activities to build a customer list that encouraged restaurant visits as well as increasing foot traffic during less active hours.

Growth Stories leveraged Facebook Ads, E-mail Marketing through District 10's software of choice as well as building several landing pages for enhanced customer experience and conversion.

Results

Targeting a wider audience geographically close to District 10's different outlets resulted in an average of S$1.45 cost per potential restaurant visitor.
